Technical nomenclature help (part related)

Could someone please tell me the name of the piece that goes here. That hole is going to bug the **** out of me until it goes away.

Also, any ideas of where I could find said part would be greatly appreciated.

Cargo tie down(same as the others on your bed). These were unit level installed. Welded in.

Saturn Surplus has them(last I checked).


If it isn't the same size hole, then no telling what was installed there.

It's definitely a tie-down like the rest. I just didn't know what to call it (other than tie-down).

The ones on ebay were so cheap, I bought a box of them abo6t 6 months back.
