Tell me what I have please

If someone could help me out with some info that would be great. I have a buddy who is thinking about moving soon and has a big generator he wants to sell rather than move. I'm here trying to get info for him and was hoping someone here could tell me what it is and maybe a ballpark value. Any help would be appreciated.

I showed that video to my buddy. He says the one he has is bigger and has an enclosure/sheet metal. It has a full height radiator, more guages and sheet metal that hinges up like a hood on an old car like a model A.
