Anyone know what thread the sensor in the front of the drivers head, above and ahead of the injector is? Tried to put a manual gauge in there and the thread was loose.

3/8 NPT in the head. If you tried a 3/8 straight pipe thread it will be way too loose. Most gauges are 3/8 straight but come with the adaptor in the box.
