Your title and your first post , are very confusing.
Like the title asks who likes meat, but your first post asks who like flavored water.
Another guessing game posted tonight. Well, here's a shot in the dark, unplug the fan motor plug, and measure with an ohm meter.

I'll take a guess, before the wait light goes out, if you measure 12V at the glow plug side of the resistor then the resister, relay, and glow plugs are working.
