Texas Temp Trip Permit

Does anyone know If, How and Where you can get a temp tag/permit from Texas to drive a military vehicle just purchased back to Arizona? Arizona told me today they will issue a temp 3 day permit BUT it's only good in Arizona. Insurance is not an issue, I have that. OR, does anyone know of a reputable, reasonable company that would transport it a 1000 miles to Arizona without costing more than the truck ?
