Well maybe just brass:mrgreen: and an AT 4 sight cover and of course some MRE trash.Got about 60 pieces of brass out of the bed and stake bed pockets, deduct that from the price of the truck and I am like 40 cents to the good.Cha-ching!

Who says you can't still get good free stuff from the Gooberment!

Keep giving DRMO a reason to perform more inspections of vehicles that people want to buy.. Some things are better kept unsaid.....

It's fired cartridge brass, not enriched uranium.

Combs, go to the grocery store or walmart and buy some lemi-shine. Should be in the cleaning supplies section.

Mix it with distilled or RO water to the correct concentration and soak the brass in there for and hour or so. Then rinse off the cleaner. Don't toss the solution, you can reuse it a number of times. It's a weak acid, so don't touch anything you don't want to get acid on until you've washed your hands.

THEN tumble it in corncob media. If you want it really shiny, mix a little bit of car wax with 99% isopropyl alcohol and put that in with the corncob.

And as always, NEVER let any products with ammonia come into contact with brass. Ammonia embrittles brass.

It was a mix of fired 5.56 blank and ball.Didn't know DRMO trolled here? Can't imagine how this could be a show stopper for any reason, heck they sell brass by the ton.

GL sells tons of brass . Whats the big deal .

They do require an EUC for it... I've bought a couple of tons of fired 5.56.

But strangely enough, GL is now selling it by the box, too, and as far as I can tell, there's no EUC requirement to buy that stuff.

Mine is cheaper and fully processed, tho.

My first Deuce had a few suprise extras: about 200 rds of 5.56 brass, lots of 5.56 links, 20-40 ft of rope, 2 empty fire exinguishers, 3 lug wrenches, 2 cargo covers, an m16 magazine (crushed) extra set of siderack fences, M 105 chains, m105 cover, and about a dozen Juice boxes, most empty - I Guess soldiers get cranky if they don't get their juice box.

The brass should be ok but on the other hand the AT-4 cover - UHOH! :cookoo: No its legal too. Infact inert AT-4 tubes and bits show up on online auctions so often. I dont see an issue.
