Don't know if I am alone on this - but this is ba$$ acwards on my forum setup...
On mine - All the newest replies to any thread are at the top (seen first when opening a thread) and the original post is way down at the bottom (you know, where I have already read it!).
Just incase anone wants to do this, here were the steps that I followed to RE-discover the settings change.
