Good evening
I live in Australia . I have a M817 with 250 Cummins . I recently removed fuel tanks as they stunk and diesel was horrible . Truck was starting fine and running good. I cleaned tanks out and replaced fuel filter. I can get truck to start but it starts on full revs. I have check linkages and they are all moving even on the pump. Please any advice would be helpful
