Tire size conversion help

I'm working on a '54 m215 as a volunteer project. The truck is in need of new tires, and wheels. We're looking for a low cost option since this is a non profit project and our funding comes from donations. I can obtain replacement 2 piece 20" wheels and 900-20 tires, but the total for 10 comes to about $4000. I talked to a company that has 19.5in wheels that will work and they are considerably less expensive. My problem is that I'm not familiar with this type of sizing. So my question is, what size would I need in a 19.5 that will be the closest to a 900-20?
Thanks

You should be able to get serviceable 900s mounted on the nice Budd 6 holes wheels for $50 or less...from any number of sources...
