Can anyone tell me if Goodyear mdl AT-2A tire size 16.00R21 will fit the original deuce rim?

If you are not familiar with tire/wheel sizes, the 21 at the end of 16.00R21 indicates that it goes on a 21" diameter rim. Deuce rims are 20".
Apart from that, 16.00 tires are too wide to seat on the Deuce rims safely.
