Have a Power Unit 214-B I want to get running and need the manual, a TM 11-945 dated 1944. Anybody have a copy they could copy or sell?

This is ten years after your original post. But I have a PE-214-B generator I'm trying to get running. I found a digital manual online but would like a hard copy. Did you get yours running?

Yes, I did get it running; but have sold the generator and gave the manual I had to the buyer.

Couldn't you just print the pages you need from an electronic copy?
