TM for bigger Steel Rim/Tire Size?

There are some rare pictures in the Net with CUCV`s on duty with bigger Tires.
36`s Humvee Tires on Dodge 16.5 Steelwheels --> K30 for example.
Does anybody know if there is an TM or an other kind of document existing to use other than stock Tires and Rims on a CUCV?
