Do yourself a favor and check the air hose, that connects to the fan clutch, on one of the LMTV the motor pool tightened the 9/16 AN fitting nut and spun the 90 degree angle back ward, which made the air hose contact the face of the cooling fan , slowly wearing the rubber away, The air hose is connected via a AN barb and if you try to remove the hose you'll have a heck of a time as the barb comes lose from the clutch rather than the hose coming lose of the AN barb fitting.
So I made sure the 90 degree angle faces down or even better forward.

Today's PMSC trick of the day:
Make sure all the relays are the right voltage and in the right spot. Different years of trucks have different spots for relays and Voltages, So don't go by what it the TM says.
