Top bolt on Alternator sheared off

It looks like the the top bolt on the Alternator sheared off.
http://www.wolverinetechnologiesllc.com/M923A2AlternatorInstallationInstructions.html from the installation instructions (Installed a year ago). I'm wondering if the bearings are bad in one of the pullies. That's a lot of force. Any ideas?

It's not a Delco.

It's actually the wrong mount. The correct one sits the ears out further so the sleeves in the alternator aren't extended

This is an after market mount. Did you look at the instructions in the link provided?

No. Wolverine technologies makes junk in my opinion. Overpriced and not up to spec. The mount setup probably has a rear drop bracket and it shouldn't be. It should be a short hinge j180 alternator. With the correct spacer bracket with both mounting bolts on the same mount

Get the correct cummins bracket and j180 alternator, run a power wire directly to the starter from the brushless unit and be done.

Replace your upper bracket with the one below. Flip your alternator around and put the two mounting bolts on top.
