A while back I posted that my M998 was blowing transmission seals after just one drive. It was recommended that I replace the pump bushing which I have had done at a local shop. Looking at the torque converter I noticed some groves in the neck about 3/8 inch wide and decided to replace the torque converter while the transmission is out of the vehicle. Can I order this from my local napa store or should I get a new one from another source that deals with m998 parts. I don't want to have to pull this tranny again and I am concerned about getting the right one.

Get it from a trans shop that knows what they are doing...the TC on diesels is not the same as a gas truck.
so you need to make sure it's the correct one going in....
