tow bar fabrication questions

Is there any plans or blue prints to make your own tow bar. I would like to be able to pull a deuce with a deuce. Can one be made? I am a certified welder and can get the materials. If you dont think one can be made, what is the cost of a medium one approximately. PM if you want.

I have towbars for $100. Just need to make or obtain the feet for it.
