tow bar for rent Atlanta ???

I need to recover an m1009 but don't have the funds to buy a tow bar. Anyone in the Atlanta area have one that they would rent?

You can rent a tow dolly pretty cheap.
Probably be easier too.

Rent a tow dolly from U Haul. Unless you can find a tow bar close to you.

I agree, rent a tow dolly. Pintle hitches are by nature loose and unless you have a much bigger (heavier) vehicle doing the towing; the clunking around behind you gets annoying after a while.
