Tranny-mounted dual-output PTO shifter and linkage pics

Here's the one that came off my wrecker. Second pic is the transfer case mounted PTO.
Sorry, no linkage pics. The dump linkage has a few functions besides the PTO and the dump is the exclusive vehicle that uses the dual PTO.

Where would one find said linkage for the rear facing PTO? I really would like to have the 'right' one.
