I just bought one for about the same price from www.sarafan.com as I can go pick it up in Miami.

After the response I got on a parts request from Sarafan a few months ago I will never call them ever again. They made me feel like I was bothering them so I bothered someone else with my big dollar order.
I got a great rebuilt PTO from Kenny for $150 but Fedex promptly decided to break off part of the mounting tab making it useless to me. After getting the money back from Fedex I got another PTO from a guy on Ebay near me in MI for $300. It worked out but this one was used not rebuilt. Kenny ended up getting the PTO back so when my PTO goes bad I will have to buy the PTO back from him to swap out the internals.
