Transfer case won't shift into low

We "lucked out" with Stagg's this weekend. Took the top off, everything looks good, changed the oil, nothing came out, put it back together, filled it back up and...

It's fine now... Shifts perfectly. We didn't really "do" anything so I am still suspicious.

Ha! That's what I was hoping for, too. No such luck.

Any of you KC area guys have a spare t-case?

Well, "big block 88" got me hooked up with a rebuilt t-case in the big, green can. All 1045 lbs. worth. Now I just gotta put it in the truck

Got it swapped out tonight. Went very smooth with the help of a couple buddies, an engine hoist and a tractor with forks on the front

You're telling me. It was actually really easy with some help. Out and In in about 4 hours. I was going to do it myself and it would've taken me two days.
