Transmission fill tube leak

Has anyone else encountered a leaking transmission oil fill tube that leaks at the tranny pan? Especially once the pan has been removed for service. To my knowledge it is just a flared tube seal but it doesn’t seal too well once distributed. Any advice on correcting this leak is appreciated!

If you are referring to a M939 with Allison MT654cr, I have had good luck with Permatex high temperature thread sealant, pn59235. Be sure and clean/degrease everything, make sure the dipstick tube isn't crossthreaded.
