Transmission fluid leak through breather/vent

Hey Guys,

Just took possession of my HEMTT after having extensive work done including a newly rebuilt (surplus) Allison 740D transmission installed in the truck. Because it was rebuilt we decided to put TES295 transmission fluid in the transmission.

Shifts great but it looks like I've lost a gallon or so of fluid after traveling 90 miles or so. The level barely registered on the dipstick when the truck was running & warm. I noticed a dripping leak the axle directly beneath is soaked. Fluid was red so I know it's an ATF leak. I'm not a mechanic but it looks like it's coming from the breather/vent. Does anyone know why this might be? I wouldn't think it's a TES295 related issue, but hoping some of the HEMTT guys or mechanics can offer some advice.
