I found this still on the movie vehicle database and wonder just what the H it is. The movie was European so I assume the vehicle is as well. The hood and front end looks like a M35 but not the rest of it. Any ideas?

Bassie en Adriaan en De Diamant, TV Series, 1979

Bassie & Adriaan were a Dutch circus duo who starred in their own television series. Bassie is a ginger-haired red-nosed clown who wears a red tartan-jacket and green piratical trousers. Adriaan is an acrobat in a blue (used to be purple) 1970s-style shirt. They don't perform together anymore but they still enjoy a huge popularity in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
