I am looking at getting a M35A3. My current truck is 2000 K2500 with 7.4L. I put about 5000 miles a year on the truck, achieving 10MPG. I have always liked wanted a Deuce or larger, but I want to get some accurate #'s before I do. Long story short, what is your true cost of ownership of a M35A3? What did you pay for essential mods, how much is an oil change costing, ect...

A search will yield you TONS of info about this. Matter of fact, read up on the thread that is titled "True cost of ownership". It was a well written post that gets all the nickle and dime costs that many overlook.

Just remember that the parts for the A3 will be more expensive. Between parts for the CAT engine, Allison transmission and the $600+ wheel bearings, those cost can add up quick.
