I searched for "M1009 rear u joint", in the cucv forum. Found this, posted by FMJ,
Napa part number: PUJ-235 or a NPJ P534G

Just check for a 1984 6.2 diesel blazer. Anyone should be able to look it up. Not MV specific. I say try a 1984 because this is the year of the contract. Even my 1985 had a wiring harness with 1984 connectors. The civy trucks got upgrades every year but the cucvs were frozen with only 1984 stuff even for newer units. Case in point. The connectors for the tail lights to the harness changed in 1985 to the newer weather pack connectors. I got a trailer harness for a 1985 as my M1009 was a 1985. I found out quick that I should have gotten a 1984 harness as none of the military cucv's had the updated wiring connectors and harness.

You say the joint at the yoke? Weld yoke or slip yoke? Pretty sure the ones at the weld yoke are Spicer 5-153X. It's a 1310 series joint.

if you have old u-joint still the 1310 u-joint measures 3.219 wide while a 1330 measures 3.625 wide. As far as I know all 208 and 241 in gm vehicles are 32 spline slip yokes that use a 1310 u-joint.

We used the P534G from Napa. Had to hone out the holes a very little bit, but it fit and works great. The part number crosses for a 1 ton Dodge truck.
