Google search those numbers and you come up with 213th Regional Support Group 728th combat support sustainment battalion out of Lockhaven, PA National guard... there is a thread in the conversation section for you to post your vin and find its history as well.

Mine is the same on the left. right is: I 28 NBC 10. The right front is 28 55 BCT hope this helps. It is a PA National Guard Truck. as stated before google the numbers with US ARMY and you will get most of the information.
