Upgrade to "CTIS Control Unit "B""?

Noticed this on FleaBay. Wondering if it's possible to mod this into my A0? Never liked the CTIS controller just slapped on like an afterthought. IF I could make this work, I might just re-arrange the gauges and work this into the panel.

I guess that would depend on what kind of pressure control unit it was designed to operate with. I have seen these listed as a M35A3 part, so that might be a community to hit up to see if anyone has a wiring diagram to determine what/how it interfaces with the wheel air hardware. Exactly what pressure sensor and what pressures it is programmed for would also be good to know…

Its made by a different company those are
Cm and the lmtv is a dana spicer. You would probaby have to swap in the wire harness and cm manifold.

And of course even if it was to work....will it work on A0? A1? A1R?

Different Spicer CTIS controllers use different protocells from what I gather.

I can't slap an A0 controller in my A1R and visa-versa...

Yep, we know his work with the A0 trucks. Very slick and can be easily recalibrated for various psi on each setting.

My only concern about the Arduino is safety protocol. He gave me a look at his early program once and I went thru it and I recall that we discussed safety, like time limits to reach goals, so the system didn’t say chase a bad sensor and blow something up. I don’t know what he incorporated in his final code…
