User reputation system - removed

It has been an ongoing concern of the site with the user reputation system. Apparently some individuals cannot act like adults, and other can't seem to deal with criticism. This was something that existed on the site for a while. Before my time even. But now, seeing how one individual tries to use it as his means to "hall monitor" people on the site, it's removed. This function wasn't something that was widely used, therefore it's easy to part with. The target the said instigator has painted on his back, well that's a different matter....

The "Thanks" button is still here though. We can certainly use that!
