Using the TM to find bolt sizes

When using the parts manual to find bolts, the part number never leads me to a answer. For example right now I'm trying to find the bolts that hold the fast idle solenoid. -20P shows part # 11501095 bolt, machine. If I stick that in google I don't find results that show what size bolt it is. What or where should I search to find the proper bolt size?
