Hello new member here with a few questions. I have a chance to purchase a 1986 M925. From looking around the Net the price of $8,200 seems to be in the ball park of others. Are there special issues to look out for with this model. Below is the info from the add.

For Sale: 1986 925 6x6 truck, 250 cummins diesel engine, 6x6 (front axle can be disengaged when it is not needed), Allison 5 speed automatic transmissin, 60mph top speed, 2 speed transfer case, 16' flat bed, 14.00x20super single tires @ 90%. spare tire and rim. This truck has full air brakes on all axles, air glad hands on the front bumper and the rear bumper. Power steering, heater works great, batteries are brand new. PTO installed and a front mounted 20,000lb hydraulic winch. This would make a great dump truck, the PTO and wet kit are already installed, it just needs a bed and hoist to make a very economical go anywhere dump truck.
