Well, by virtue of its rarity one would think it has some worth. Collectors have long thought of them as a thorn in the side and won't pay what they would for the -A2. In David Doyle's book there is a deduction for the -A1 in value. I would guess 25% less in value unless you're the consumate collector needing that model to complete the collection. Took me forever to get rid of an M292A1 with the LDS427 in it. My M292A1 also had a waste gated turbo.
