vault_title_change_error

I was trying to setup a Wiki for the MEP 002 & 003. Now when I go to edit it I get this error.

1. Could not find phrase 'vault_title_change_error'.

My plan was to put a lot of the information I learned from here and reading the manuals in there. Sort of a formated FAQ. But now I can't change anything, and I only just started.

I want to copy CCATLETT1984 's format that was done for the CUCV. I like the TOC and all the information in that one.

What did I do wrong?
