Without giving too much of the story. People will all have some type of microchip imbedded in their skin. When crowd control is required this truck will be brought in then the magnet will be activated causing discomfort to only the unauthorized personnel to either disperse or cause them to lay down for easier arrest OR it can just run them over. If the power on the magnet is turned up it can be used to grab any fleeing Pruis' and keep them from escaping.
