I know the stuff I used was sticky got it on fingers took forever to get that crap off.

Local stereo shop and a box 'online'. I did not go with the rolled product. What I bought came in 2 x 1' foot squares. It was very heavy with aluminum on onside and removable paper on the other side that peeled off before application. Buy a good roller tool to apply. I used more than 40 sq/ft on the bottom of the cab and on the inside roof and doors, etc. Make a huge difference in heat and sound.

I am also considering making a 'Land Rover' Safari style plate for the roof to keep direct sunlight off of it.

Made a huge difference. Between the bottom of the cab and inside, I installed around 40 sq/ft. I can almost carry on a conversation inside while driving. Thinking about adding music now.

Good to hear, so it held up to the engine heat? I am really wanting to do this before i leave on a 2000 road trip in mine
