My water in fuel light keeps coming on. I've drained the water separator, I've changed the filter, It has a new fuel tank I've gone so far to change fuel stations but it keeps coming on after about 50 miles of driving. I'm thinking about putting a piece of black tape over the light and just drain the separator ever other fill up. Anyone else have this problem.

If you don't really have water in the fuel I would just unplug the sensor at the filter and be done with it. I converted to a spin on style and no longer have the sensor, but I do have a clear bowl at the bottom and I don't see any water....
