Weird rack in bed of M1102

Howdy. Just picked up an M1102 LTT for my M1123 from a government auction and it has a really weird rack in it. Some people have thought it was for the assault kitchen or com units. Can anyone here tell me for sure?

Server rack. Some have come out with all the cables and mounting hardware minus the actual electronics. I thought those had a different cover that accessed from front and back if I recall correctly.
