Ya know... You can get a new harmonic balancer from O'Reiley's for about 50 buck, if you want to get rid of engine vibrations. I have not come across a 6.2 yet that did not have at least some of the elastomer gone, and when that happens, it is only a matter of time before all heck breaks loose inside the engine. It will be like cats living with dogs.

I keep panty hose in all my trucks just incase of this. ""Not to hitch hike home LOL!!"" but to use as a temp belt for the water pump. If you put it on tight and cut the loose ends off so there not flopping around it will last about 15 to 20 minutes.

Glad it is ok.
