I’m preparing to tighten up and organize the wiring under my dash. Just a quick question: what is this part under the steering column? I think it’s a relay. But for what?

I circled the part, it has Green, Yellow & Tan wires.

That has a plunger on the end that gets pushed by a bar that is actuated by pulling back on the turn signal stalk...If you take off the lower dash cover you can see it easy...that is adjustable as well...you should hear an audible click when you do move it.
