Look like fork lift axles. LMTV/FMTV axles are drum air brakes.

Definately rg31, we had those trucks in afg. Definately not LMTV/FMTV axles, those have much more round and large diffs. Also they have disc brakes like the RG series air powered disc brakes. LMTV's have full air brakes, as do the RG 33's.
