Can someone tell me what is in the orange shipping envelope I see on the trucks at GL? Mine have one, but we had such tunnel vision when we picked the truck up, we thru it away.

It varies, some will have unit turn in papers, shipping bill of laden, or just holding the GL lot number.

Without those documents, the trucks are usless to you...so...where should I pick them up??

Actually, you got your answer with the first response. But I have seen just about anything, including my answer put in them.

And don't forget water. I have pulled out many of the soggy sheets and tried to carefully unfold them, then chucked them in the trash.
The packing envelopes are fun to remove from the glass, or even better CARC.
