What is this that came in my gasket kit?

What is this? There are six of them in my gasket set.

I sure wish someone could help me out with this. I'm delaying the rest of my assembly because I don't want to get it all together, only to find that I failed to replace something critical.

Head gaskets, also they are ferrous.

Those are the steel ring seals for your 3 piece exhaust manifold,normally not replaced unless they are leaking.
