A guy called my today and said is this the guy out in hick ville that has the army trucks?(two m37s two m35s and a m880 in the yard does that give it away) And he told me that he had a duece dump truck for sale so i had to go look well to my disapointment it was a gmc some where between a 50 and a 55 model i think it does have the 302 6 in it and a high and low automatic in it. It does have 6 wheel drive and is rated at 5000 pounds by the dash tag and some body has put 6 LUG 22.5 WHEELS and tires on this truck. truck runs and drives has title no body rust well it does have some surface but no cancer and a front mounted winch(aftermarket added by this owner) I was wondering if this truck would be worth 1500 bucks i dont want the truck just the wheels for my A m seris truck is this a deal the dump bed is real narrow on the inside but has a outer lip on it that covers the wheels is this factory the spare tire carrier is behind the cab and one side falls down to roll the tire into place. Is this truck a m135 series any info would be a great help

It sounds like a m215, the dump version in the M135 line. Does it look like this?

Sounds like a bargain if everything is pretty much original. The dumps are pretty rare. Of course condition is everything.

If I had the currnecy, I'd buy it in a new york second. By lunchtime the bed would be on my M35A2C. Of course the GMC gurus would try to lynch me.

Sounds like an M135. If it is, it originally came with singled rear wheels and 1100-20's I would like you to find out where he purchased the wheels to fit it? They are alot easier to change tires on and off. I am sure other guys would like to know too. [/i]What would you want for the dumper off it if you get it that is.
