What kind of pressure plate do I have???

Ok, so yesterday I took out my pressure plate in my M35A2. The pressure plate was bad and needs replacing. I noticed that (for a lack of better words) that the plate that I took out has 4 fingers or arms. Everywhere I look online, I can only find pressure plated that have three fingers. Is this an upgrade? will it work?
