What model truck is this in the backround and what is it hauling? still learning these trucks and cannot seem to find anything on this. looks like it has airplane wings on the sides?

In looking around, i found one that is just a trailer, that i guess you would pull behind a 5 ton 5th wheel. he wants 15 obo.
