That's what's left from a 10Kpound Deuce front winch after severe use and abuse.
Someone mounted a sprocket on the input shaft...

it's not a deuce winch because the pto shaft is coming in from the wrong side.it is probably one from a pipe line truck or a auger truck .Either one of those would of had a chain drive to the winch running off of the transfer case pto.

Someone flipped the worm gear around. It's a regular deuce winch. Pipeline truck takes a 5 ton winch and the auger truck winch is made by Highway and is cast iron.
