What's with the GL truck sales now?

Back when I bought my 109, a year ago, there were trucks and more trucks for sale all over the site. Now I see very few trucks for sale at all - mostly civvie type trucks or aircraft tugs. Has the supply line dried up? Or has the neurotic government decided to quit selling them?
