When these trucks are rebuilt are the filters changed?

My 923a1 only has 200 miles on a rebuild from 2012. I just got the truck and I finally have some time to tinker with it. Since the rebuild is so fresh does it make sense to replace the filters? I am mostly thinking of the fuel filter because I'll probably change the oil anyway and the air filter is easy enough to check. Thanks!

Engine oil and filter for sure. I have never found a 5 ton filter canister put together wrong only Deuces. I would still do the fuel filter then you can check the canister for rust and crap in the bottom. Also you will know the hours/miles on the fuel filter from the get go.
