I've wondered that, too. I think the "Forum Rules" should be a locked thread, accessible only by the site administrators/moderators. As far as I can tell, the site rules are contained in the first post. After that, it's nothing but a string of people introducing themselves with an endless string of "welcome to the forum" messages after each one. When I joined the forum, I introduced myself in the "General Conversations" area, as do most folks. Maybe we should have a separate forum for introductions?
