Where is this located?

I have been looking at all the schematics and don't know where this is? Does anyone and if so, do you have pics?

That relay is under the dash, on a little metal shelf just above the ICE/STE port.

There are 2 identical relays on that shelf, along with the starter relay(stock AC40).
