Sitting in driver's seat -

#1 is on driver's side
#2 is on passenger side
#3 is sitting on my shelf in shop as a spare.
#4 well I'm still looking for it to be another spare.

On that note - anyone know if the M1010 alternators can be put in a M1028? I want to replace both alternators with higher output ones...

since they are designed to be identical and swappable are they not both #1 and #2?
